“ The Association of the Friends of the Dreilindenschule has been in existence for over 25 years (more specifically, since 1941 and again after 1957).

 Unfortunately, the membership has not increased in this time, but decreased from 110 to 72 members.

 For that reason, the club is the talk of the town when it donates money.

 In order to continue this support it is extremely important that more parents and former members of the association pledge their support.” 

This message appeared in the school’s yearbook in 1987.  Not much has changed since then and the association still needs new members.  We would like to thank current members for their countless and often un-seen contributions.  A special thanks to the teachers involved in the association!

– contributions to class trips and group social trips,

– organization of school festivals and school dances,

– sponsorship of sport programs,

– assistance with music and theater projects,

– support of partner schools and exchange programs,

– commemorative publication of the school’s 60-year anniversary and other brochures,

short – a significant presence and helping when money is short.

In the years 2000 and 2001 the club’s main project was the Student Café.  This is the most extensive project that the association has undertaken up to this point.  Everyone involved in the project has worked hard and contributed much of their time.  Further comrades-in-arms are welcome and donations are always necessary!  The club is for the public benefit; contributions and donations can be made tax-deductible.
